About Dr.  Schell                                


 

Dr. Thomas Schell, born in Kinnelon, New Jersey has been a resident of New Hampshire since 1991. His educational degrees include honors and awards from Fairleigh S. Dickinson Jr. College of Dental Medicine, as well as an extensive residency program through Columbia College of Physicians and Surgeons.

Dr Schell was invited to an adjunct faculty position on staff at the Dartmouth Medical School where he continues to provide consultative service to the medical staff and take emergency call for the in-patient community.

A regular volunteer at the Red Logan Dental Clinic in White River Junction, Vermont, and also an executive member of the Grafton/Sullivan Dental Society, Dr Schell also provides free clinics and services to the community on a regular basis. He has created and sponsored marketing programs to help eradicate Baby Bottle Syndrome in our area while maintaining a high regard for education himself; frequently furthering his education in the various specialties of Dental Medicine and prosthetics.

As a Dental Assisting National Board examiner Dr. Schell enjoys teaching and providing learning opportunities to the dental assisting and hygiene communities.

A regular supporter of the Upper Valley job shadowing program the office has been created to welcome visitors and interested students to further a career in the dental field. Dr Schell also offers scholarships to a number of local schools for students interested in following dental careers.

An artist and musician, an outdoor adventurer and amateur naturalist, Dr Schell is a well-rounded individual with a sensitive touch and eye for esthetics.

Lastly and most importantly, with his wonderfully supportive wife and sweetheart Stephanie, Dr. Schell has discovered an honest-to-goodness dream-come-true home in Plainfield for their three wonderful children.
