About Dr.  Schell                               


 

In his 20-plus years as a New Hampshire resident, Dr. Schell has built a solid reputation for giving back to the community. He is a long standing participant in the Give Back a Smile program which supports victims of domestic violence. Dr. Schell has also created and sponsored marketing programs to help eradicate Baby Bottle Syndrome. As an adjunct faculty member at the Dartmouth Medical School, he sponsors dental elective courses for medical students. He also provides consultative service to the medical staff and takes emergency calls for the in-patient community at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center. His educational degrees include honors and awards from Farleigh Dickinson College of Dental Medicine, as well as an extensive residency program through Columbia College of Physicians and Surgeons. He has continued to further his education in the various specialties of Dental Sleep Medicine and prosthetics by attending numerous seminars and classes in this field. Dr. Schell is a member of the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine and has provided numerous lectures to local hospitals, sleep disorder clinics, and medical students regarding the treatment of obstructive sleep apnea with oral appliance therapy. An artist, musician, outdoor adventurer and naturalist, Dr. Schell brings a well-rounded and sensitive touch and eye for esthetics to his profession. Dr. Schell lives in Meriden with his supportive wife and sweetheart, Stephanie and their three wonderful children. He enjoys spending his free time at his children's sporting events and working on their family farm.
